Kiharu member of parliament Hon Ndindi Nyoro who is a very close ally to president William Ruto has dismissed the ongoing bipartisan talks between Kenya Kwanza and Azimio ahead of the resuming next week. The MP said that the talks are a waste of time and there is no need of having them. He said that last year Kenyans went to the polls and decided to elect Ruto as their president and that should not be challenged.
The fearless MP told the bipartisan talks team that when they meet next week their first priority should be to terminate the talks for once because they will not lead anywhere. The MP said that the country will not wake up every day to debate on who should be leading.
"The people who have employed us, that is the wananchi spoke last year and decided who will lead them and who will be the leader of opposition or put the government on check," he said.
"So, with no doubt and with a lot of certainty, me as Ndindi Nyoro and the people of Murang'a, Kiharu and Kenya at large, we are pleading that tomorrow as the talks resume, the first agenda should be actually to terminate the talks," he added.
The MP was speaking at the St Mary's Catholic church in his constituency when he said this. He called on the government to continue with it's development plan for the people like building roads and providing water.
